We are delighted to announce that our warehouse project in Ashford has been successfully delivered.
The new industrial unit will facilitate business growth for Opak Ltd, a local packaging distribution company that outgrew its previous premises.
Kent Structures was appointed to provide full design and build services for the 14,000sq.ft warehouse storage unit with ancillary offices. Construction is traditional steel portal frame with composite metal cladding. The unit has been designed to achieve very high efficiencies in building running costs and has achieved an ‘A’rating.
The Kent Structures team was involved from the outset, developing and delivering designs throughout the planning process.
We delivered all aspects of construction from groundworks, SUDS drainage systems and Section 278 street works, through to fit out and fencing works.
