All phases of the 70,000sq.ft of business space at the Foundry Business Park were constructed by Daniel and his team. Highest quality steel frame building and cladding construction was used to develop this very successful business park.

Formerly the Seager Foundry, the whole site underwent extensive demolition prior to the construction phase.

Phased Construction
The site was developed in four phases, creating 4 separate blocks of buildings. Collectively, the blocks had an interconnecting drainage infrastructure, new estate roads and parking. Additionally, a SUDS drainage systems due to the high water table and proximity of protected water pathways.

Ground works and Construction
Designed and constructed using ground improvement techniques, beam and post steel frame design and composite cladding systems.

The crushed brick and concrete was retained for the construction of the new business park. The ground was improved with vibro-stone columns using the same selected materials.
