Natural Fit Gyms

We are delighted to announce that the new Natural Fit wellness centre in Calverley Road has opened, thanks to the splendid work carried out by Kent structures.

The opening was originally planned for Spring but had to be delayed to meet with Covid-19 guidelines.

Ashford-based Kent Structures was the main contractor on this design and build project and Southfield Structural Services fabricated the structural steel framing.

The new wellness centre facilities include a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, as well as a cafe and lounge area. Members can enjoy massage and skin treatments, osteopathy, corrective exercise and other exercise including one-to-one sessions and group classes. In keeping with Natural Fit’s ethos, emphasis is placed on a holistic approach to health and fitness for those wanting to extend their movement into later life and among other things, avoid sports injury and overcome back pain.
